IMPORTANT: Consumers who purchased a product from Eureka or this website (the “Product’), agree to the terms of this Return/Refund Policy along with Eureka’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

All requirements under this Return/Refund Policy must be followed in order to be granted a refund.

Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to return your product within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment. Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of Defective Product.

Return Requirements

  • Original receipt/ purchase proof(Order number if purchased online)
  • Ensure the outer box is the original packaging
  • Ensure the product is in good condition and all accessories are included
  • Products can be only returned in the original country or region purchased
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Amazon & can be returned to Eureka


Products that have been used, altered or have physical damage, are not suitable for resale and will not be accepted for a refund.

Any return requests exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

How to Return

Please prepare your order number/picture of receipt, product serial number and contact us at, we will provide the return instructions to you.

Eureka will pay for return shipping costs for undamaged items. However, unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.

Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Once your refund request is authorized, you will receive your refund via the original form of payment.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of Defective Product.

Typically, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed after your returned product is received and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products
