1. Check if the home WiFi password entered is correct. The password can't contain special symbols. It is recommended to change the password to contain only numbers or letters.2. Check whether the router is at 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. The robot only supports 2.4 GHz.3. Restart your phone's Bluetooth and try again.4. Check if the router is connected to too many devices. If it can be connected when you use your phone's hotspot to connect to the robot, then you can try to disconnect some devices from the router.5. Check if the router is set up with AP isolation/anti-scratch.6. If it still doesn't work, please click Feedback to upload the device log to give us feedback.
1. Please put the robot back to the Self-emptying Base to charge. 2. After it’s fully charged, long press the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn off and long press again to restart the robot. 3. Then start cleaning again to build the map.4. Or: Manually return the robot to the base and start the cleaning process after it has started charging (the power button light flashes slowly).
1. Turn over the robot and clean the Main Brush and Main Wheels to remove any hairs or blockages. 2. Cool down the robot for 30 mins, then turn it on to start cleaning again.

1. Tear off the film on the Self-emptying Base.2. Make sure the Self-emptying Base is placed against the wall with no obstacles around it.3. Make sure the Self-emptying Base is charging that the white light under logo is on.4. Clean the obstacles around LiDAR if there is anything, including stickers.5. Check the location of Self-emptying Base in APP. If it’s not in the map, then re-build the map.
1. Turn off the device, restart it and reset the network configuration button to enter the network configuration state again.2. Check if the network is connected and if it is using the 2.4G frequency band for Wi-Fi. If it is Wi-Fi 6, check if there is a compatibility switch that needs to be turned on.3. Log in to the router management interface and switch the channel to 1 or 6. Change the encryption method to WPA2 or other modes.4. Use simple format as much as possible, such as "Home".5. Try to connect to a mobile hotspot. 6. If using an iPhone hotspot, turn on the maximum compatibility switch. 7. 1. Press the Omni-directional Wheel with your hand and make sure it’s installed tightly.2. Manually rotate the Omni-directional Wheel and check if it’s stuck.
1. Remove the water tank and fill in with water.2. Check if the water tank is leaking. If yes, you can contact customer service to replace the water tank. If not, your robot might need to be repaired.
1. Re-plug in the charging cord to make sure the white light under logo is on.2. Wipe the charging contacts on the Self-emptying Base and Robot with a dry cloth or tissue.3. Align the robot with the Self-emptying Base manually to make sure they are connected well.

Check whether it is a software problem or a hardware problem, there are the following methods (make sure there is water in the tank under the premise):1. Click three dots on the top of the page in the App, then click on "Manual Control".2. Continuously click on the robot above the page about 10 times. 3. The mop humidification interface appears. 4. Click on "Start humidifying", and then check if there is water.If water does not come out, it is a hardware problem and needs to be sent for repair. If water comes out, follow the steps below to check:1. Fill the water tank with tap water, select the highest water level on the App and start the robot to check if it can mop the floor;2. Confirm that the water tank is in good contact with the base;3. Update the software to the latest version and try restarting the machine to check the spraying issue.
1. Turn on the Multi-Floor Map in Map Management, then rebuild a map.2. Have the robot start from the charging base in the same area and don't move the robot during cleaning.3. Do not modify the constructed map and it is better to set restricted areas on the map.
1. Click three dots on the top right and click Automatic dust collection setting, adjust the dust collection frequency to 1/3/5 times in the APP.2. If you are in the Do-Not-Disturb time period, please exit the Do-Not-Disturb mode directly.3. Please try to wipe the window of the dust collection station around the charging contacts, and make sure the robot is aligned with the base station while charging.4. It is recommended that you turn off other infrared devices in your environment.5. Click on the small icon in the lower left corner of the operation page for manual dust collection.6. Try the auto-collection function again. Make sure the cleaning time is more than 1 minute.7. If the above steps cannot help, you can try to restart the dust collection station (turn off the power or plug it in again).
1. Due to the signal, when repositioning, please take the machine to an open and flat place, or put the robot to the base station directly to charge.2. If it does not work, please restart the robot and rebuild the map.3. Make sure the robot starts from a charging station in the same area each time it starts cleaning.
