Troubleshooting

When turned on, the robot vacuum will automatically pair with the base station. Please ensure the base station is powered on and observe whether the indicator light is constantly on.
If it is not constantly on, please follow the manual pairing instructions before use.

  1. Quickly remove and insert the dust bag 3 times or remove the cleaning tray and put it back 3 times within 15 minutes (the base station indicator will breathe white).
  2. Simultaneously press and hold the “power” and “recharge” until they flash white and you hear a "Ding". Wait for automatic pairing.
  3. Once the connection is successful, the base station indicator will remain white.
  1. Enter the robot's homepage.
  2. Click the cleaning mode at the bottom left of the page. Choose the preferred cleaning mode and adjust the path preference from Quick to Daily or Fine.
  3. Click Settings - Cleaning Settings and turn on Edge Enhanced Sweep.

In the case of the latest firmware.

  1. Check whether the cleaning tray is blocked. Clean the suction port position and dry the metal contacts on both sides.
  2. Check whether the dirty water tank has water. If the water is not going into the dirty water tank, then it's a suction problem.
  3. Make sure the dirty water tank is sealed and the seal ring is fine.
  1. Check if the base station is powered, re-plug the power cord;
  2. Check whether the map shows the correct position of the base station/whether the user has moved the base station; if the built map is overlapped or skewed. Delete the map in the app and re-create a map.
  3. Wipe the infrared lens on the base station and the robot.
  4. See whether any obstacles/prohibited areas are on the way back to charging.
  1. Adjust mopping preference to low water volume in the app.
  2. Clean the center of the cleaning tray and remove the self-cleaning roller to clean the suction port.
  3. Reinstall the dirty water tank and ensure it is completely installed well.
  4. The cleaning tray needs to be re-installed if the water stays in the cleaning tray.
  5. Ensure the robot has finished the mop-washing process before going out to clean.
  1. Clean up the debris around the LIDAR, then move the robot to an open area.
  2. Short press any button on the robot to continue cleaning.
  3. Check whether the prompt happened in a fixed area. Maybe furniture or other easy-to-jam and LiDAR cover triggers the prompt, you can set up a No-Go zone to try.
  1. Clean the debris on LiDAR to prevent the LiDAR components from being blocked or jammed.
  2. Observe whether LiDAR is running when the machine is running.
  3. Tap the LiDAR cover to check if it's stuck.
  4. Restart the robot to test.
  1. Check whether the wheel is entangled, please clean the wheels first.
  2. Spin the wheels by hand to check whether the wheels spin smoothly.
  3. Press any button on the robot to continue cleaning.
  4. Use the manual control function in the app settings to check whether the robot walks straight.
  5. Check whether there are tables, chairs, or thresholds around the robot. It is recommended to set a virtual wall so that the machine does not go to an area where it is easy to get stuck.
  1. Enter Settings-Firmware Update to update to the latest version.
  2. Re-install the clean water tank, and check whether the water pipe inside the water tank is missing. *The use of third-party cleaners leads to clogging the water tank.
  3. Remove the clean water tank to check the rubber plug on the base station is installed well.
  4. Fill some water in the water-filling port and press start (fill some water again and press start, repeat this operation several times) with a syringe if available.
  5. Unplug the base station power cord for about 1 minute and plug it in to restart.

Please check the APP fault prompts to see if any of the following faults appear:

[Empty clean water tank/full dirty water tank]

Please add water or pour out the dirty water tank back to the base station to start cleaning the mops.

[Whether the clean water tank and dirty water tank are correctly installed]

Please reinstall the two water tanks.

[Bluetooth connection status is abnormal]

Please re-pair the robot with the base station again.

[Unable to clean the mop]

Please click the cleaning mops button in the app again to try.

  1. Please flip the robot over and clean the cliff sensors at the bottom.
  2. Please check whether the front bumper and LiDAR cover can rebound properly.
  3. Clean the line laser sensor/camera at the front with dry tissue.
  4. Observe the surroundings for black reflective floor tiles/strong light triggering downward vision;
  5. Check whether the wheels are stuck.
  1. Go to Settings - Scheduled Cleaning, and click “Scheduled Cleaning” to reset an appointment.
  2. Go to the robot settings page, click “Time Zone Setting” -> “Sync Now”.
  3. Please check if the saved map has been changed, such as set map 1 for room cleaning, but the current map has now been switched to map 2.
  1. Go to Settings - Scheduled Cleaning and check whether there is an appointment.
  2. Check whether the smart audio is set to make an appointment.
  3. If it's not in the DND period, perhaps the robot continues from the last uncompleted cleaning task.
  1. Go to Settings - Robot Settings, click on "Do Not Disturb Mode" and adjust.
  2. Go to Settings - General, and check if the "Time Zone Settings" are correct. If not, click on "Time Zone Settings" ->"Sync Now".
