1. Holding down the robot's 'network configuration' and 'return to charge' buttons for approximately 6 seconds2. A voice prompt says 'Restoring factory settings succeeded'.3. The machine will automatically shut down.
1. Log in the app and click "Enter robot" for the corresponding robot.2. Click "..." in the top right corner of the page to enter "Settings".3. Slide down and click "Upgrade now".4. If the firmware has been the latest, there is a pop up window saying "This is the latest version." If not, please choose the version to update.5. Please keep the robot in charge and stay. It will take around 2 minutes to finish the update.
1. Long press the 'return to charge' button on the robot.2. The voice prompt says 'Child lock released'.*If you press any button with the child lock ON, there will be prompt saying ' Please release child lock first' and a red light flashing.
1. Check that the target point is not blocked by obstacles;2. Check if there are obstacles or prohibited areas blocking the target point / must-pass route.3. Try to clean the whole house or do zoning cleaning. If the robot goes to the spot during neither of them, you can try a different target point.4. If the map shows the door is closed, please delete the current map and build a new map when the door is open to update/refresh the map.

If the robot is in the base station:1. Please check if the robot is in Do-Not-Disturb Mode when it went back to the base station.2. Please try to start cleaning again without moving the robot during the whole process. If the issue exists, please go to "Settings" - "Feedback" to upload the device log, and then contact the after-sales team for help.If the robot is not in the base station:1. It's probably trapped or malfunctioned so as to stop in the middle of the cleaning process. Please check if the robot is in standby mode and try clicking the 'start' button to resume the cleaning. 2. If the robot has entered sleep mode, it will not be able to continue cleaning by this action. Please try again and troubleshoot according to the actual performance.
1. Please follow these steps to check the version of firmware in the app. There should be a window popping out saying, "This is the latest version." Login and Click "Enter robot". > Click "..." in the upper right corner. > Click "update now". 2. If not, please choose the version to update the firmware to the latest one. Keep the robot in charge and motionless. It will take around 2 minutes to finish updates.3. Please unplug the cord of the base station to turn off the base station. Plug it in and restart again. 4. If it still does not work, please go to "Settings" - "Feedback" to upload the device log, and then contact the after-sales team for help.
1. Please clean the dustbin and make sure it's not clogged.2. Please check the suck port between the robot and the base station and remove any blockage.3. Please check whether the dust bag is full or not and replace the dust bag in time.4. If you find that it doesn't collect dust every time, find "Settings" - "Dust collection frequency" in the Eureka app and set it accordingly.5. If it still not work, please go to settings→“feedback" to upload device log, and then contact after-sales team for help.
1. Please check the brush roller cover to make sure it's installed well.2. Please remove the rubber plug besides the cleaning tray and re-install it.3. Empty clean water box to test:1. Empty the waste water tank in the base station. 2. Put the robot back to the base station manually. 3. Open the app and click 'Empty clean water box' to start testing.If the waste water tank in the base station has water after the process, try to flip the robot over several times and restart the robot to check if the issue exists.If the waste water tank is empty after the process, please try to use a syringe to inject some water through the plug under the clean water tank.

1. Remove the waste water box from the robot and make sure the drainage port is clean.2. Please clean the mesh filter inside the waste water box and install it again. 3. Push forward the slot at the bottom of the waste water box to remove it and clean any debris inside. 4. Please remove the cleaning tray in the base station to clean any blockage around the suck port and make sure it's not blocked. 5. Please make sure the cover of the waste water tank is closed tightly in the base station.
1. Please put the robot into the base station manually.2. Long press 'start' button and 'return to charge' button to see if it can start to clean the mop/dust collection or not. If not, please refer to the below steps to connect again:1. Please long press 'start' button and 'return to charge' button at the base station to enter into pairing mode.2. 1. Please clean the filter inside the waste water box, and install it again after it has completely dried.
1. Please fill up the clean water tank and reinstall the sillicon plug under the clean water tank. 2. You can try to use a syringe to inject water into the plug.3. Restart the robot and let it start cleaning.4. Pay attention to whether the base station injects the water before the robot starts cleaning. 5. Please set the highest water volume in the APP to see if it sprays water or not. 6. If it still does not work, please contact the after-sales team for help.
1. Please add Eureka cleaning solution to the base station in time.2. Please check the cleaning tray and clean it.3. It's recommended to replace the mop every 3 months.4. Please check if the mop has been dried before use. You can operate drying on the Eureka app as well.
1. Move the robot manually to continue working if it goes into the not-go zone and gets stuck.2. Please confirm whether the robot goes to a triangle area. The robot will try to escape three times. After that, please help the robot manually.3. Please set a no-go zone or wall in the app to avoid the robot going into any narrow areas.
1. Please clean and check the line laser lens on the front bumper and along the side of the robot for scratches.2. Please clean the cliff sensor under the robot and check if there is any problem.
1. Please tap/press the front bumper to make sure it's able to rebound on both sides.2. Please clean the line laser lens on the front bumper and along the side of the robot and check for scratches.3. Please manually press and spin both drive wheels to make sure that the force is the same on both sides. Ensure that both wheels can spin and rebound properly. If not, please check and clear the obstacles inside.
1. Please check the waste water box in the robot and make sure the slot at the bottom of the box fits well.2. Please re-install the cleaning tray in the base station.3. Please make sure the base ramp is installed well and try again.
1. Please clear any blockage on the mop holder.2. If you ever feel the temperature around the mop is overheating, cool it for more than 2 hours before next use.
