How long does a bottle of Eureka cleaning solution last?
If you use the J20 once a day, it will usually last for about 3 months. The APP will prompt you to add cleaning solution to the base station when it is empty. If you need more cleaning solutions, you can purchase accessories or other consumables on the Eureka website.
How do I switch between modes? How many modes does the J20 have?
Our robot vacuum cleaner offers 4 suction modes. You can switch between the modes using the Eureka app.
If J20 stops cleaning due to a low battery, will it resume the previously unfinished task?
Yes, the robot vacuum returns to the base station to recharge when the battery is empty. After recharging, it continues cleaning where it left off.
How many devices can be connected to the robot vacuum cleaner at the same time? / Can I give someone access to my robot?
Yes. After connecting to the robot vacuum cleaner, you can share the robot with other family members in the app. Follow "Profile-Robot Management-Robot Selection-Robot Sharing" to share the device with your family members.
